We strive to maintain quality products that are handmade, domestically sourced, and are a part of a sustainable system.   Should our quality not meet your standards we would greatly appreciate feedback to ensure that we can improve our practices and continue delivering the best quality.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing occasionally there may be issues with color run off when finishing.  We recommend hand washing in cold water a detergent made for wool and with something such as a commercially made color grabber, I tend to cut sheets into quarters to minimize waste.   These sheets are great at binding to any color that may run into wash water.  Unicorn Cleaning Products has two options that are great Fiber Wash and Rinse that are designed to be used with any type of natural fiber.  Their Beyond Clean line is scent free and the Power Clean Products are scented.

Shipping is through the USPS and is calculated on flat rate packages.  

​

Orders will be shipped within 1-3  Business days, Custom Dye orders can take up to 30 days to ship depending on time of year.  Please contact for an accurate timeline.

USPS shipping time varies but may take up to 14 days to reach you.

We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase.  If a package goes missing before you receive it, we request you notify us immediately and do your part in reporting it lost or missing to both us and your local post office. In the event your order is shipped to an incorrect address that you provided at time of order we are not responsible for the order, however, we will try to assist you with steps to take with the post office.  The best course of action is to go to the address that you provided and ask them if they have received it.  Should it be returned to us you will be responsible for shipping fees.

If you are local we allow local pickup of all items.
