SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is through the USPS and is calculated on flat rate packages.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 Business days, Custom Dye orders can take up to 30 days to ship depending on time of year. Please contact for an accurate timeline.

USPS shipping time varies but may take up to 14 days to reach you.

We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase. If a package goes missing before you receive it, we request you notify us immediately and do your part in reporting it lost or missing to both us and your local post office. In the event your order is shipped to an incorrect address that you provided at time of order we are not responsible for the order, however, we will try to assist you with steps to take with the post office. The best course of action is to go to the address that you provided and ask them if they have received it. Should it be returned to us you will be responsible for shipping fees.

If you are local we allow local pickup of all items.
REFUND POLICY
Should you have an issue with the quality of the product please notify us within 7 days of receiving to discuss replacement or refund options.
All packages include insurance. Should a package arrive damaged that results in damage to the contents please notify us immediately and if possible include an image of the package as you received it. We will facilitate a claim to cover the cost of replacement.
Refunds will not be issued until product is returned.
